Steve Ballmer deserves 4th place in Microsoft’s history.

Steve Ballmer fails as a CEO? That's a bit mean I think, does he win as a CEO? NO.  Ok I guess many of you know, this article is not true at all but not exactly false either.

"If there's one thing I regret, there was a period in the early 2000s when we were so focused on what we had to do around Windows," admitted Ballmer, "that we weren't able to redeploy talent to the new device form factor called the phone." — Steve Ballmer

Well no shit.  I'm glad you're realized it now in 2013.  You didn't see teenagers and kids stuck on their cellphone during the late 90s and 2000s (and especially in Japan).  Well those teenagers are now young to middle adults (aka the bulk of the consumer market if you want to get all technical and stuff).  Communication and data are the basics and you thought people were going to walk around with laptops all day.   Its really sad but funny when at least 50% of Microsoft employees use an iphone instead of a windows phone, and most of them got that Windows phone for free.  So the Window Surface was suppose to be the game changer but when we look at the price tag from 2012 @ $499.00 We have to admit it now, it makes a great paper weight.
